Spoke with a HR/recruiting employee initially, after a longer decision time they got back to me asking for a technical interview in person. Because of the travel time to their location I needed further details to make a decision on whether to spend a day visiting them or not; got the first set of replies quickly, but when I asked follow-up questions they ghosted me.

Entrevista
Initially they ask you to complete a form and after that they've asked for a skype interview with the Electronics Manager and then a second interview with the Hardware Architect. If you pass the interviews, they invite you for an onsite interview and they cover the costs. In additon to the salary, the company offers 6000€ education budget, and seperate ergonomy and transportation budgets. Although the interviews were positive and I liked what I've been told about the company, my experience was found insufficient. Overall interview experience is positive.
