The process was very smooth, as well as thorough. The onsite interview lasted about 4 hours and included lunch. I met with various people in the organization as well as several people on the team that I would be working on. Overall it gave me a very good feel for the position, the team, and the company. The questions asked weren't necessarily overly difficult, but they were very in depth. I felt all of the interviewers were welcoming and gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions that I had about the role and the company.
