The interview process itself moved quickly but I was not ever given a yes or no. I eventually accepted an offer at another company because I couldn’t keep waiting around.

Was sent an e-mail from one of the founders encouraging me to apply because they thought I would be a good fit. I applied and let him know I did. Didn't hear anything and then let him know and he eventually passed me on to somebody. The interview was a total waste of time. Role played with 2 account managers and then talked to one of the founders who only asked if I have offers and that was it. He made it seem like I was wasting his time, which was odd. They prop themselves up to make it seem like this cutting edge recruiting agency - no one knows who they are and are terrible at recruiting their own talent.
