It was a fairly standard interview process: there were questions delivered by a panel of about three members of staff who took notes throughout, including the hiring manager. I was on my own in the interview - it wasn't a group interview. I was there for about 40 minutes in total. I received an email about a week later to inform me I'd been unsuccessful - I was a bit disheartened because it was clearly a template email that hadn't even been filled in completely - it literally contained the line: "I regret to inform you that your interview for the post of Administrator/Receptionist in our {InterviewLocation} office has been unsuccessful."
