      Entrevista

First, there is an assessment and then you move on to 10 practice questions. I have to agree with a prior poster that the system has glitches, and I had the same experience. For one of the test questions, I found a company's info after answering the question, and it was nowhere to be found during that test question. This company stresses the importance of and evaluates candidates on spelling and grammar, yet the number of misspellings and poor grammar on the assessments was a red flag. After submitting my assessments I received an email a few days later that all looked good, they are just going over it again and I would hear back within 7-10 days. I got a rejection email over a month later. When I heard about this job It sounded like it would have been a good little side gig while I'm home with my children. Since I have extensive customer service managerial experience I really thought this would be a no brainer. What I didn't know is that this is a brand new company, and going through the application process it seemed clear to me that this is run from a tech point of view, not a customer service point of view. They take so long to respond and do not come close to the 7-10 day response time they give. I had accepted another job, so I pretty much forgot about it. Out of the blue I'd say almost 2 months later I received a rejection email. I was quite surprised I was rejected as I'm now currently employed as a Quality Assurance manager. I never write negative reviews, but I suspect they look over good, qualified candidates as I find their no resume, no experience, no interview no training model questionable. Even more questionable and unprofessional was that the entire decision is made on the 10 test questions, yet they provide no feedback. All the other assessments I took during my job search provided feedback. I just wanted to give a heads up to anyone coming here for info to not be surprised or feel bad if they are rejected, as I've heard and seen here that most are. I should have come here before applying because after reading some of the reviews about the pay and not getting paid for the time worked on tickets that need to be escalated I would not have taken the time to apply.

      Pregunta 1

No interviews, no resume's no experience considerations and no training. They base their hiring solely on 10 questions, yet provide no feedback. I've applied for other positions where you get the results so you know exactly how you did. I was confident I did well, yet with no feedback, I find the process questionable and very odd that a company bases hiring only on 10 questions and no interview.
