For context, we get 1,500-2,000 applicants for every role being as we're remote only, and we've found ~10% of them will send the Loom video audition. This shows us who wants to work with us. Sending Loom videos to people is a common part of all of our jobs here so anyone who isn't comfortable with it isn't comfortable with a core part of what their job would be here.
