They like to get as many people in front of you as possible for the interview. They have at least 2 rounds of interviews for each position and in each round you will meet with 4 different people. Overall, easy going and friendly interview process. They just want to get to know you as well as they can.

Interview is mostly conversation based. Looking mostly for fit, team asks personality based questions in looking for team players. The process can take anywhere to 4 weeks to a few months.
