It was a programatic test. The test was measuring your numerical, reasonable, verbal, and logical abilities. The test was 20 mins each. Also, the timing of the interview was very tight.

I had 3, 1-hour long interviews with different people. 2 with senior consultants and the last with a director. The first was more heavy on the social aspect, with a 30 min case. The others were much shorter on the behavioural side.

Went straight into case study without any behavioral questions or discussion with the interviewer. Average interview/ difficulty but I was just not prepared for the layout since it was my first consulting interview.
