I submitted my application through the website. After that, they send you an online test like the SAT, 18 minutes 25 questions.
Next, I had two one hour interviews on two different days. Both had fit questions and a Case Study related to pricing.
I'm going to have a third interview next week.

I had 3, 1-hour long interviews with different people. 2 with senior consultants and the last with a director. The first was more heavy on the social aspect, with a 30 min case. The others were much shorter on the behavioural side.

Processo nel complesso abbastanza lineare, ho applicato tramite il portale poi mi hanno fatto fare un colloquio conoscitivo e 2 casi di market sizing abbastanza semplici (ci tengono tanto a vedere come ragioni)

Went straight into case study without any behavioral questions or discussion with the interviewer. Average interview/ difficulty but I was just not prepared for the layout since it was my first consulting interview.
