I applied second time after around 2 years for them. I thought might be they reject me because the first one I could not pass their online challenge (some reason). but I saw they set a interview meeting with HR In meeting, first conversation was, what do you think, you can apply again for us ?!!! To be honest, it want to ask, if you think people does not change in 2 years, why did you call me ?!! I need to add, my background and CV was 80 % match with job description. I think it was the worse conversation I ever had in such this interview. Then in 2 weeks, I got reject with out any further reason or assessments. I think, if the company think, the employees do not grow and learn, this is not the company I want to work for
