Good interview with thorough information about the company. Clear expectations at the first interview. Second interview I was asked to present on the venous system and my understanding of the product. Upper management was brought in for this part of the meeting. Thier is no negotiation based on knowledge / experience. "It is what it is" salary.

One on one interview with Regional sales manager, followed by group interview and presentation with Regional manager and National sales manager. Process was standard and the interviewing locations varied. Select standard interview questions were worded unclearly, so it was hard to guage what the inteviewer was trying to learn from the response.

Arduous for the retail sales position. Met with different members of the team and went to practical morning in field. Too busy trying to interview correct candidate and did not detail role exactly - glamorized position of brand and team.
