interviewing was easy. consisted of a backround check. hiring process took about 2 weeks.
didnt ask me alot of hard questions. they asked me if i have transportation, if i am avaible to work nights and weekends. a couple of days later i got the job

Called and set up an interview. Gave me a rundown of what would be expected and highlights of the company. Gave me a tour of the property & introduced the existing crew.
Average interview. Be prepared to present hands on experience with something similar to jewelry making. Plastic model assembly, circuit soldering, metal polishing helps. Have a cooperative mindset and learn a bit about entry level jewelry if you're new to the industry. Simple bench test and cooperative attitude if you are experienced will more than likely land you a position with a decent work history.
