The interview process was extremely long. I applied to this job through a recruiter that reached out to me because I had the skills the company was looking for. They were hiring for a FULLY REMOTE position. I went through 6 rounds of interviews each at least an hour long over the course of 4 week and completed a case study for them. Each round they were impressed with me and continues to tell me they were very interested and that I was the only candidate left they were still talking to. During my 6th interview one of the lead advisors on the team shared that they were not excited to have to work with a remote employee. After this, three weeks went by and I had to follow up several times only to find out that they extended an offer to someone else.
