I underwent a highly disorganized as well as and a very lengthy indepth interview process with several regionals and department heads present. I had to present a Powerpoint presentation which went very well. The drug screenings and background check and other Human Resource activities took over three weeks to complete and I had to train myself online for the job with no help or support from a physical person. Has no one that I could rely on to answer basic questions but I worked diligently and eventually figured it all out. I also underwent a personality test.

Entrevista
I went through four interviews with SHC. I first met with the HR Director, then the CEO, HR Director, and had a panel interview that included HR, CEO, Chaplain, DON, and SDC, third I had a phone interview with the RDBP, and lastly a marketing sales pitch presentation with the current Admissions Director, HR Director, and CEO.
