It ended up being a series of 5 interviews either in person or on the phone with the last one being with the COO. I was blown away with Signature and realized during this nearly 2 month process that this is where I wanted to be. It was all relatively informal to get to know the real "you" to find if your personality was a match for what they were looking for as an administrator.
