The interview process is broken down into 4-5 meetings. Each meeting is approximately 30 minutes. They want to know your experience and what you can bring to make Signal better. If you make it past the 4th interview, you go to the headquarters in Detroit to meet the board and CEO. If you are a good fit, an offer will soon follow.
