First step was a 30 minute skype interview followed by a personality test and a logic test. There is also a basic coding problem given before the skype interview which can be answered in pseudo code.

It was good, calm and composed interview by employees. I had phone interview with HR and then was called on for 1 to 1 interview at the HQs. I will be honest that I liked the company the moment I entered.
