Fairly informal, there was typical interview questions that had to be completed for HR purposes (i.e. "scenario type questions"), but the interviewer was quite informal about these, and was more interested in my technical ability

Pleasant, professional and very friendly. Interviewers were the hiring manager and two assistant manager. Basic questions at first with more job specific questions later on. Interview took about 2 hours.
