45 - 50 minutes interview process on site. There were 3 of the team - team leader and 2 full time employees, and everything went smoothly. 2 weeks after the onsite interview I got an offer.

Very disrespectful selection process. An absolute waste of time. After tailoring CV and motivation letter, I have received an invitation for an "interview". You are asked to fulfil a recorded self-interview, where you have to basically re-read your CV and all the stuff you have mentioned in motivation letter, but in under 1 minute. The video cuts you off if you go longer.
Detailed in OOP, C++, pointers, memory, recursion, software development frameworks like dev ops, scrum etc. Also my english was tested and I was expected to speak a decent English since job sometimes requires collaboration with foreign workers.

My interview for a working student position was really relaxed. I firstly got a call from them, where they invited me to an interview. I was only interviewed by the person, who may gonna be my future boss. The interview was about 30 minutes long.

He was really kind and asked me the typical questions like where I see myself in 5 years or why I applied for the position. At the same time, he also asked me some technical questions related to the position. In the end, I didn't get the position. They told me that it was really close between me and another candidate. As the other candidate had more experience in the field, she ultimately go the role.
