I interviewed to join Sia Partners in Italy. At the beginning the process was smooth: HR got in contact and organised the technical interview with the manager of the position. After the positive feedback, a HR interview took place during which she told me that she would have organised the final stage interview with Managing Partner Italy in the following two weeks. Then she completely disappeared for a month despite my 2 follow-up e-mail after the two weeks had passed. She bothered to reply after a month and said that the selection process was over and I was disqualified. Very unprofessional, please don't get stucked with them: they will just make you waste time and keep you on hold for no reasons whatsoever.
