3-4 levels of interviews where i felt that they were not clear with their requirements. My first interview was a screening interview. After that I was told to do a case study and prepare a project planning document for it. After two three days, i was called for a telephonic round of interview - that was of approximately one hour or so. And then i was called for a face to face interview on a Saturday where i waited for three hours and they rescheduled my interview. Then the next time I went for the same, i had an interview with CTO. Their requirement was way different than my profile. And they told me to wait for a call but I didn't recieve any. When i followed up, they said they can only offer me a bit more than what I was already earning. I found lack of process, lack of communication from the company's end. I ended up wasting my time over their process.
