I was contacted by HR to check if i was interested in an open position. My first interview was with the recruiter, which went well. I felt that I match the company culture. My second interview was with designers on the same level, where I had to showcase my relevant portfolio items. I felt that this interview went well. I was positive that I would at least get a callback, since the recruiter had been very forthcoming and attentive to me during the whole process. Except that after the second interview, I never heard back from them again. The least i was expecting is a rejection letter. I understand if there are a lot of applicants, things can get busy for a company, but what does it say about a place, where they are kind and attentive to you until they are interested in you, then when they decide that you are no longer in the picture, you get ghosted? Due to this, my overall experience was ruined.
