went in extremely respectless and condescending tone. I had to listen questions like if I ever participated in a code review (i have 10+ years of experience as software engineer) and implications that I mostly "played an executor role" in my career.
This is how Showpad treats female candidates that made the mistake and tried to join their software engineering teams.

Initial screening with Engineering Lead, Codility Test after that an interview with an engineer at team. They are quite friendly and professional compared to the startups that I have interviewed previously.
