I had one initial call with a recruiter which was very odd. I agree with other reviews that the company fails to identify skills and experience. I was asked questions that were product related even though I made it clear at the beginning that I have not used their product and as an Enterprise AE would expect to learn more about it in the onboarding process. The recruiter seemed to be bored from the second we spoke and he did not even introduce himself properly which is really a basic requirement for a recruiter. He also indicated that Showpad has no competitors with is far from true as I am very familiar with them. Also, I mostly interview at more established companies and always progress forward in the hiring process so I cannot help to think that this may be a lack of experience from the recruiters' side in terms of how to interview senior sales professionals. My advice to anyone applying for this role is to familiarise yourself with the product extensively.

Ik kwam online een advertentie tegen voor Showpad en had er op gesolliciteerd. Daarna kreeg ik een email en werd uitgenodigd voor een telefoon gesprek. Vervolgens dus eerst het telefoongesprek, daarna wordt er gekeken of je langs mag komen voor een echt interview. Er wordt dan ook een role play gedaan en een meeting met de CEO's.
