I recently went through an interview process that began with meeting a recruiter, followed by an interview with the District Manager. The process was smooth and straightforward, making it easy for me to showcase my skills and experience. I appreciated the opportunity to have in-depth conversations that allowed me to really get to know the company, its culture, and the expectations for the role.
