The hiring process consisted of several phone interviews and two in-person interviews. I was interviewed by the account managers I would be working with and supporting, along with HR/Director of Client Services the second for the second in-person interview. Once hired, I was included in the interview process of new positions on the Client Services team. Leadership provides a set of questions for you to ask.
