Five rounds of interviews, getting to know fellow leaders and the hiring manager. Must present a "life story" to the recruiter during your interview with them. Overall process lasted around 3-4 weeks (including the time to chase for responses at the end).

Process was quick. Everyone was friendly. They have provided good overview of the role. Downside was that Leadership team appear to be lacking diversity... I had interviews with 4 white male and 1 white woman. All appearing with similar backrounds. It appears as diversity in the teams does not reflect in to Leadership team.
