The hiring process when I got the initial email seemed straightforward and easy to follow. I believe the recruiter I worked with did not do a good job coordinating the whole thing, the people I was supposed to interview changed up last minute and every-time I reached for a question I wouldn’t get a response. It would take 2-3 emails before I get feedback. Lack of support and updating me made the process long winded by me constantly trying to google the process.

Had to do a personality test, an IQ test, a SQL test, and two interviews just for them to reveal the salary. The salary was far below my expectation and the market rate and I did not move forward.
