Very long process with many steps including two pair programming sessions, life story, technical deep dive. After all the steps, I got an offer below what I was expecting.

Life story, medium difficulty pair programming, technical deep dive
First round: Case study style SQL questions with python coding and short assessment like an IQ test
Final round: marketplace case study, coding based analysis, life story, and in depth project
Scheduling was very difficult and I had to spend a lot of time following up with the recruiter to move things along. They weren't able to tell me who my manager would be or provide any input on that person. In the end they simply never contacted me back after a final technical round. My impression is they didn't want to offer me a job but were unable to be direct about that-- it was such a bizarre process especially with an established organization.
