I received an assessment saying, "This short, timed assessment helps us learn more about how you approach problems, think critically, and notice the details." If you do not finish answering all the questions you will be probably disqualified. Then after the assessment, they waste your time with a Life Story HR interview that is an hour long. The recruiter will pretend to be so interested in your story and talk about next steps (meeting next for a pair coding which will be open book). I was rejected two days later because they made the "tough decision" to move forward with other candidates. What a waste of time. I regret investing my time in taking the assessment and talking to the recruiter. I would not like to work for a company that wastes people's time this way.

Initial call with a Data Science manager for the first round, pair programming (SQL + Python) for the second round, and 3-4 behavioral interviews. There's no rubric for the coding round.
