The interview went really well. The user asked thoughtful and relevant questions that not only showed their deep understanding of the subject but also encouraged a detailed and meaningful review. Their curiosity and engagement helped uncover important insights, making the conversation more productive and insightful for everyone involved. Overall, it reflected excellent preparation and genuine interest.
the HR interview was short but the user interview was a bit of an abstract. they were looking for a specific skill but it was not communicated well enough. I believed the user did not read the candidate CV's before the interview. it was a bit hard to engage with the user.

Has a few rounds to it, firstly is the HR interview followed by the hiring manager interview round. I would say its manageable if you know the job scope so do some preparation beforehand.
