First round was with HR (who approached me via LinkedIn) - this round was probably the toughest in my opinion. Be prepared to be grilled through your entire working experience and what you have achieved so far. The second and third round were with your potential reporting officer and team lead - these were just casual conversations where you will be asked about your background but less in depth as the questions asked by HR. Probably one of the easiest interview processes I’ve been through (not sure if it’s cause Shopee is massively hiring and there are quotas to be met). After the interviews, HR will request for payslips from you (which I thought was a little odd but okay). A couple weeks later an offer was extended. Declined because after requesting for peer chats, I realised the role did not seem like a good fit (especially for a mid career hire).
