Spoke with HR over the phone, then went in person for a tour where I interviewed with three therapists and the rehab manager and got to observe after. They took a week to get back to me after I emailed to check in on the status

Easy phone screen with recruiter. Then did 30 minute virtual interview with 2 people. A lot of questions and they were a moderate difficulty, def harder than others I’ve experienced. Got an offer a week later but then got invited to observe and have a 30 min in person interview. Very weird that they offered a position and sent me to offer letter but then felt like they should interview again.
