They make you feel warming, comfortable and as though you would be valued. However they dont pay enough for their expectations and interrogations committed by the Customer Care Director who is very judgemental, may not like your smile so wont hire you, or your voice and will cut your interview short; then will come and publicly talk about how horrible or uneducated, you are because you mispelled 1 word on your resume so your not good enough to make $17hr starting pay for him.

Contacted by shipwire recruiter 3 days after applying and scheduled an interview for 2 days later with the Customer Care Manager . The customer care manager was easygoing, professional and honest. He reviewed my resume minutes before the interview and realized I was overqualified for the position, but either way we talked for a bit, he was honest and expressed that the job requirements and salary were not what I was looking for.
