Fairly simple. Did not really ask much other than are you willing to answer 100+ calls in a day and provide customer service. Company seemed to lack a vision for their mission and their business model was extremely flawed. Don't seem them being around for too long. I also know they fire people to save a few bucks because they are hurting.

Was sent the job via linked in and applied after speaking with a representative via the phone. I did not receive an in person interview after this phone call. However the phone call process was low stress and very informative.
