I had a virtual meeting with the recruiter. That moved forward to an interview with the project manager. After that I was able to visit the job site to see if I would enjoy the type of work. This also allowed me to ask more questions while looking at the work that was being done.

The interview process was a full day event. It was a group setting. They supplied breakfast, we had multiple short interviews with different people from the company. We went out on a job site and they took us out to dinner after.
