Applied online. Received immediate response that they received my resume and would contact me if interested. Received an email from HR Manager asking for a phone interview two days later. Had phone interview and was told she would be in touch by the end of the week. The next day she reached back out and we scheduled an in-person interview. Following the interview, she said she would be making a decision by the end of the following week and I could expect to hear back by then. On that day, she reached out to say they had gone with another candidate who had HR experience.
