I didn’t feel confortable while the technical interview and I saw them talking using sign language. So I did not like the experience and i don’t recommend, even if in the end I have received an offer.

Imagine all the front end developer are on vacation your are the only backend developer in the office and they presented some java script code and asked me to debug the code

It helps us improve our recruitment practices. However, It would have been more valuable to us had you let us know sooner - when we presented you the offer for example. We are sorry that you thought our interviewers were "talking in sign language" when it wasn't the case. We always try our best to make our candidates feel as welcome as possible, next time feel free to convey any discomfort that you may feel.

Entrevista
Went on for 3 weeks. Very repetitive and way too many coding exercises. First there is an online coding test with pointless theorical question and some coding problems, then on each of the technical interviews there are more live coding exercises, some easier some harder. On the 3rd one there are is barely any conversation and you jump straight to live coding on a plain environment without any sort of predefined language. Even on the last interview with the hiring manager there are algorithmic questions. And from what I've seen they seem to 90% base their decisions over the performance on this unrealistic timed live coding exercises.
