This truly was a horrible experience from a candidate perspective. Including the interview I had with the initial recruiter, I went through SIX different individual interviews only to not receive an offer in the end. Also, one of the interviews I had was with leaders of the business and one of them did not even show up. After six interviews, I was given an email denial for the role. The least they could do is call me and inform me over the phone that after six interviews they went with another candidate. In my opinion, that is very unprofessional. Completely unreasonable for a candidate to go through six interviews - they need to condense the interview process.
