Straightforward and pretty basic actually. Usual questions about my background and previous jobs. I got the feeling that they're not just looking for qualified teachers, but teachers of a certain personality too.

Entrevista
There were two interviews before being accepted into the company. One was with the boss and the second interview was with the manager. The first interview was over 30 minutes whereas the second interview was about 15 minutes.
