Generally you have to drive to the district office of the store you are attempting to get into, depending on how far the drive it. Personally I've made over 6 hour drives for interviews. The District Managers are almost always pleasant, easing going, friendly and make the process easy and enjoyable.

3 Stage interview. First with recruiter, next 2 stages are in person with store manager and city manager. One was in the store you'll be working at and the other is at corporate office.

Simple interview, there were 2-3 behavioral questions and most of it was just explaining the job role, The recruiter was really nice and had a really good store visit once I passed the inerview, Was offered role the very next day.
