A phone screening process then an interview with HR and direct supervisor. Phone interview has some basic STAR questions followed by a deeper dive into your resume during the second interview.

Video call, then interviewer then asked questions. Questions asked about my background, the work related experience. Then proceeded to ask questions that relate to my personality. Finally, asked questions about whether I was bilingual, and if I had any questions about the program.

The company was at the college career fair and I gave the resume at the booth. The company immediately reached out to have an interview in person. I had an In person interview within the same day.

Entrevista
A 15 minute screening interview flow by a 45 minute interview. Second interview was with engineers in the company. It was a regular interview though scheduling it was a long and tedious mess.
