Overall every person I talked to was extremely nice, feels like they really wanted to get to know you. Really passionate about the work they do. Want to make the best out of their employees

4 week process. friendly staff and the HR is a big help. Phone interview then a store visit. After that you meet with Manager for final interview in which he/she ask typical questions.

Informal, relaxed, conversational. Met with training manager, district manager, and hired within 24 hours. Definitely a flexible organization. Just be a hard worker that is willing to learn and you'll have a great shot.

Applied in August, had a phone interview in September, wasn't contacted for in person interview until November. Phone interview was pretty straight forward. In person interview was with a district manager. Their interview styles can vary.
