Met recruiters at campus career fair. It was pretty easy to get an interview, she just had me sign up on a sheet. She was very nice, but seemed to be grabbing any student that was interested no matter how they were.

First, there was an introductory phone call. Next, I visited the store in person. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the recruiter to further discuss the opportunity and role.

Started with a phone interview after the application submission. Then the in store interview was scheduled. You're told to print out questions to ask the interviewer. Left on read and ghosted by recruiter after interview. Unprofessional.
