Met with a recruiter at my college who asked me a series of questions for the field staff auditor position. She was very nice and easy to talk to. Certainly research the company because her first question was what do you know about Sherwin Williams. Another question was what qualities do you think would be essential for this position. I sent a thank you email the day of the interview and a follow up email about 3 weeks later since I had not heard back from them yet. A couple of days later I received an invitation for a second interview which as of the time of this post has not been conducted yet.
