I applied thru the Sherwin Williams website. A few days later I got a text from a recruiter asking my availability to speak the next day. The phone call lasted less than 30 minutes, it felt like it was basically a screening call to make sure you're a good fit. She asked what I like to do outside of work, if I can lift up to 50 lbs, what I do at my current job, what my greatest strength is, if I'm willing to relocate. The next week I had an interview with a different recruiter. She asked me to tell her about myself, what I knew about SW and why I felt like I would be a good fit there, asked about a time I had to deal with a difficult customer, what would make me standout among other candidates, and maybe one other STAR question. She then gave me the info to schedule my store visit the next week. Store visit went well and now I have my final interview with the DM next week. Have not received an offer yet, but will update later.
