- 10/12/20 applied for MT Training Program via website and received automated email regrading SW receiving my application
- 10/14/20 received email invitation to select date and time for 30 minute HR interview with recruiter
- 10/15/20 Interviewed with recruiter and told that for next steps District Coordinator would schedule a second interview with District Manager
- 10/19/20 completed interview with District Manager and told that next steps would be a store visit to ensure that I wanted to work in the SW environment and understood my responsibilities as a Management Trainee
- 10/20/20 Store visit with Training Store Manager. Dressed business casual. Very in depth and personable. Store Manager asked for me to follow up with recruiter and said that they would email the recruiter the next morning regrading my store visit.
- 10/21/20 followed up with Recruiter via email regrading store visit. Recruiter stated they would talk to District Manager and I would receive a decision soon. Later that day the Recruiter sent a Pre-Offer letter and called me to extend a formal offer of employment with SW.
- 10/22/20 I received an email with the official electronic offer letter from SW District Manager. I accepted the offer letter electronically which triggers the drug test, background check and required company physical.
Overall very professional and personable company!

Probably the most laid-back interview I’ve ever done. I applied online then was contacted by a recruiter 2 days later. She asked a few questions about my background and my experience with management. She then scheduled my in-person interview for a store visit and first official interview.
The store visit was set to last an hour but I was there for 2 because we were basically just chatting the whole time. She mainly just asked about my life and what I want in life. No “tell me about a time when” behavioral questions or anything.
The third interview was a week later at the district office with the district manager and the Management Trainee manager. They only asked about my training experience and what I liked about it as well as some questions that analyzed my previous workplace’s downfalls (wasn’t expecting that).
Overall super easy interviews. Everyone is very personable. Took me about 3 weeks to get the job.

Entrevista
The interview process was Very straight forward, and you heard back quickly. The people are nice and they asked typical interview questions. Consists of 2-3 interviews which include on the phone and in person.

- Common behavioural questions
- Cheques the knowledge of the comapany ( Good Ideas is to go and talk to the nearest store manager to give a brief idea about the business and the company culture)
3.Final Interview with City Manager
