I was very hopeful with interview process. It took a month after I applied to get a an email to schedule a first interview over the phone. That went well, only thing that was troubling was the need to relocate but I said that was fine. Next I had a store visit where I met the store manager and I felt that went well. I was told to follow up with HR recruiter who I had been in contact with. However I got no response after two follow up emails. I felt she should of at least sent a generic email saying they chose someone else.

First, there was an introductory phone call. Next, I visited the store in person. After that, I had a Zoom interview with the recruiter to further discuss the opportunity and role.

Started with a phone interview after the application submission. Then the in store interview was scheduled. You're told to print out questions to ask the interviewer. Left on read and ghosted by recruiter after interview. Unprofessional.
