Applied through their website, basic resume and cover letter submission. Did not hear back for several weeks then received an email from an HR person to schedule phone screening. After the phone screening another two weeks went by before I was invited to interview onsite. It was a panel interview with 3 employees, one in HR and two who would likely be who I would work under. Basic behavioral questions with some more specific follow-up questions and some questions about my resume. Low stress interview even though there were 3 vs. me. I would have liked to tour the facility but thought it would be rude to ask.
