Simple and concise. The people were nice enough and were willing to listen and it flowed like a conversation. Overall, it was very informal, not like someone interrogating you and made it seem like they were genuinely interested in learning more about you.

Three step process. Interviewed with District Manager at my college. Then phone interview with professional recruiter. Third was me actually interviewing the store manager and assistant manager. Great chance for me to learn about the business and know if it was the right pick.

Fairly standard interview process; including an initial screening done over Zoom, a store walkthrough, and final interview with the district manager. Interview questions were fair and were important to the functions of the work done during the internship.
